Well-resolved and buildable landscapes that complement architecture and respond to place
StudioPlum is a landscape design studio working with architects, builders, developers and clients to create thoughtful, well-resolved landscapes that complement architecture and respond to place.
From early concept design through to approvals and construction documentation, we bring creative thinking, technical expertise and a practical understanding of how landscapes are built.
We collaborate with project teams to develop landscapes that are considered in design, clear in documentation and resolved in their execution.
Landscape design. Technical expertise. A collaborative approach.
StudioPlum provides landscape design services from initial concepts and planning through to detailed documentation and construction facilitation.
We can manage the landscape process from start to finish, coordinating all stages through to installation, or provide specific services that integrate with an existing project team and its requirements. Whether leading the landscape design or working alongside other principal consultants, we bring design expertise, technical knowledge and practical understanding of how landscapes are built.
Diverse projects. Thoughtful design. Landscapes built to last.

Clear documentation. Considered detailing. Timely communication.
A considered approach to collaboration
Good landscape design requires more than a design concept. It requires an understanding of the site, the architecture, the nuances in planning processes, the practicalities of construction and the people responsible for delivering the project.
StudioPlum works alongside project teams, bringing landscape expertise to the design process and helping resolve the relationship between architecture, external spaces, landscape materials and planting.
We understand the importance of clear documentation, considered detailing and timely communication. By identifying opportunities and resolving issues early, we help integrate landscape design into the wider project and carry the design intent through to construction.
Our involvement can be tailored to the project, from early design advice and concept development through to approval documentation and detailed landscape plans.
We bring landscape thinking into the project early, and practical understanding to every stage that follows.
